Очень понравились регулировки водительского сиденья. Приборы информативны, панель очень эргономична. Крышка багажника и лючок бензобака открываются из салона, что тоже приятно удивило. А еще на Hyundai Pony оказался полный электропакет: четыре стеклоподъемника и электролюк, иммобилайзер, центральный замок и сигнализация, а также ГУР. Расположение двигателя сначала удивило — под правый руль, но, как я узнал позже, до модели Accent у Hyundai не было своих двигателей, поэтому ставили от Mitsubishi Lancer. Впрочем, как оказалось, этот автомобиль построен на узлах и агрегатах Lancer. Двигатель и трансмиссия Hyundai Pony удивили отсутствием течи масла (моторный отсек был немыт при покупке) и в дальнейшей эксплуатации небыло намеков на подтекание масла.

Мотор оказался инжекторный и очень добротный, с пробегом 142 тыс. км без всяких ремонтов.

Авто оказалось очень экономичным и неприхотливым к топливу. На дороге Hyundai Pony ведет себя адекватно и весьма прогнозируемо. Динамика хорошая, но разгон «туповат». Правда, мотор «подъедает» масло (многие говорят тоже). Ходовая мягкая, но дорогу отрабатывает хорошо. Понравился хороший клиренс, под днищем все по уму скомпоновано, на грунтовках ничем не цепляюсь. Машиной очень доволен, хлопот больше не доставляет и не подводит. Лью бензин и езжу. Автомобиль надежный и недорогой, как в эксплуатации, так и в ремонте, да и внешний вид не подкачал, смотрится еще довольно современно. В общем, хорошая «рабочая лошадка». Думаю, что всеми вышеперечислеными достоинствами Hyundai Pony обязан своему рождению в городе Ульсан. Он – «чистый кореец».

   Достоинства: надежность. Цена на запчасти. Неприхотливость в эксплуатации.

   Недостатки: возраст.

Куплен Hyundai Pony был случайно, у знакомых за 1000 у. е. Была проблема с оформлением авто – номера Омские, ТО отсутствует, но это все решилось без особых затрат. Под капотом очень много свободного места, что, в общем-то, позволяет иметь доступ ко всему – и к стартеру, и к фильтрам, и к ремням. Рулевая рейка Hyundai Pony без усилителя, без регулировки, но на удивление легко крутится. Коробка – 5-ти ступенчатая «механика», включаются передачи как на «Классике», только не нужно «утоплять» рычаг при включении задней скорости. Сцепление и корзина были в плачевном состоянии. Замена производилась своими силами вдвоем в гараже, особых проблем не было (кроме не отрегулированного сцепления). Салон простой. Стеклоподъемники весельные, ручки плохо открывали, ломались – заказал комплект новых. Пришли «не в цвет», пришлось красить, но работают отлично. Двигатель Hyundai Pony тянет нормально. Машина лёгкая, 1,5 литра объема хватает. В морозы заводится плохо (карбюратор все-таки да еще и старый).

   Достоинства: надежность. Простота в ремонте.

Машина в целом очень хорошая: удобный просторный велюровый салон со стеклоподъемниками, ГУР, очень тяговитый двигатель, идеально подобранные передаточные числа, красивый внешний вид. Hyundai Pony разрабатывалась совместно с компанией «Митсубиши», поэтому она получилась даже немного спортивной, как по виду, так и по характеру. С поворотами справляется «на раз» на большой скорости, мотор хоть и мал, но очень приёмист. А так же на себе «тащит» приличный груз — сам грузил по 700 кг, мотор даже не чувствует. Сама Hyundai Pony весит 980 кг — это за счет своего кузова, он полностью из оцинковки, к тому же не ржавеет вообще. Ломается очень редко, запчасти очень легко найти, почти все узлы в машине «Митсубишевские». «Кушает» 92-й бензин, к тому же очень мало, машина корейская, очень экономичная. На водительском сиденье очень удобно, нигде ничего не мешается, рычаг никуда не упирается, обзор хороший (ездил на большом количестве машин, как российских, так и иномарках, поэтому толк в автомобилях знаю), да и в салоне ничего не дребезжит и не отваливается.

Ремонт очень легкий даже приятный.

   Достоинства: управляемость. Надежность. Бензин 92-й. Двигатель.
